Cambodia's King Sianic won election in 2012 with 99% of the vote. He then used his control of the police and military to launch a massive intimidation campaign against the Cambodian left wing. Several far left candidates are outright murdered. So he had his minions just lie about the vote count. In constituencies where his party's candidate finished second, they just outright destroy all the voting slips and murder the winner. Yeah. Very simple.
