The Importance of Art in World of Warcraft

I had taken a break from art after the airplane stuff and I hadn't picked up a pencil in maybe six or eight months. And then I started playing Warcraft and got in with a group of role players and Shadow Council represent. You know, I started drawing my characters and then people saw that and said, oh, you know, draw this character and draw that. That was actually what led me into illustration and going back to school for a while and learning figure drawing. It really challenged me creatively and helped spread my wings even further as far as what was possible with art.
