Ramaria had led a remarkably colourful life. He began his career as a courtier in the kingdom of golcanda to the north. When krishnadeva's brother died, after ruling for 13 years, his young son took the throne and plotting at court reached fever pitch. Ramariah joined a number of unsuccessful plots before raising a successful rebellion with the intention of putting a young boy named sardasive on the throne.
