The 34 Charges Against Donald J. Trump for Falsifying Business Records
The mug shot is a part of American kind of folklore and life. You can get a sense of who a person is from there mug shot, but it's like one of those avid and photographs of powerful people. All of the 34 charges are for falsifying business records in the first degree in violation of penal law 175.10. They've been charged as felonies, not as misdemeanors, because the district attorney says that this cover-up was perpetrated in order to conceal another crime.
