Radical Candor by Kim Scott, one of the culture books that comes up all the time in terms of creating culture and organizations, and when I heard that this was a topic you were interested in, I figured this would be a fun conversation. Outstanding.

So I have the next book then, and as you're prepping for two episodes from now, I stole a book from Mike. I had thrown a couple ideas by him. So I'm still learning kind of the bookworm books and what would be best for the show. But we're going to do co -intelligence and the subtitles, living and working with AI, and it's by Ethan Mollick. So I've wanted to do an AI book. So Mike had one on the ready. Yeah,

I wish I could remember where I heard that recommendation, but it was definitely somebody whose recommendations I trust. When I trust a recommendation, I buy the book right away. So this is one that was sitting on my bookshelf. I came across it the other day when I was cleaning up and I was like, Corey wanted to read an AI book. I should tell him about this. So
