The skilling decision in the supreme court, which limited the use of this so called honest services statute, has deterred prosecutions that otherwise might takin place. And i suppose it depends on which side of the argument you're on as to whether you think that's a good thing or not. Because you could certainly argue, as our mutual friend jessie eisenger did, that we don't prosecute enough people. All these things are just statutory. You're not in justices aren't people too. They're not influenced by these sorts of things.
