About 20% of people would not be eligible to be vaccinated for the small pox vaccine. The current vaccination is another virus that they inject you with under your skin and causes a viral infection. Anyone with eczema or who lives in a householder who has family members with Eczema is not eligible to get the vaccine. Or if you live in a house with babies, you cannot get it. What else if you're immune compromised? Yep.
