How to Get the Full State Pension
The amount you get in your state pension is based on the number of qualifying national insurance years that you have. You can acquire years by working - for example, earning over £123 a week. Or if you're not working, there are other ways that you could get national insurance credits. To get the full state pension, when you retire on the new state pension, you will need 35 years-ish to get the fullstate pension. And it's pensions and it's just really, really complicated. So anybody listening right now, do this because you'll find it quite interesting anyway.
