So one way th you could frame this out is the is cultivating a way of life which is fundamentally pro active, right? In little things and big and you can build day architectures that are fundamentally prodactive. But then, getting into the weeds a little bit more, i think it's most foundational to develop a mindfulness practice, to cultivate the ability to sense the most subtle ripples of human experience.
