What's So Powerful About the Spirit of Poverty?
Each sister has a bucket of water to wash with. Their possessions are something you could, I mean, basically hold in your hand. And they wash their clothes by hand every day. They live a very, very simple life, just down to the barest essentials. There's something so powerful about the spirit of poverty in that kind of extreme practice.
