What Is the Proper Way That One Should Be Looking at the Communion Meal?

Paul says that whoever eats the bread or drinks the cup of the lord in an unworthy manner, will be guilty concerning the body and blood of the lord. And so eat of the bread and drink of the cup. Let a person examine himself then. So he is rebuking them for treating the poor among them and others without taking the meal for themselves.
