Gardening was one of the areas where we tried to outdo each other. We've got to stop it feeling like home work, or examsr and a series of things that you need to learn in order to be accepted into the gardening community at level. I think perhaps the best comparison is as a cook. If you have your recipe book and you follow it to the letter, you'll probably produce something good. But you won't be a good cook until you taste something and just know it needs a bit more salt, or a bit more sugar, or or ye're ready. Or, you know, i meanj bring that experience to something that everybody can go on the plate
