What Have You Learned About Innovation and Agility?

I wanted to ask each of you what you personally have learned about innovation and agility through your work or through anything else that you've experienced. I love the fact that all of you kind of emphasize that when people think agility they think speed. But speed is only part of the component speed is meaningless if we're doing the wrong things. And it's about having the information you need to know what are the right things to do, and the capability to empower people to do those right things as well as possible. The last thing is that we can do hard things.
