I think it's really interesting to look at new languages as well because that feels very different as an adult when you start something completely new. Some of them are using English all the time anyway. They just need some help to become more confident and feel more like themselves. There's another group who had English at school and maybe have forgotten some things but they remember them. But knowledge is still there. Then I have some people who maybe didn't enjoy English lessons at school very much or things weren't explained in a way that makes sense to them.
