Every success i've had i did not do it on my own. I feel like you need a team so if you are around the wrong people and allen you talked about this earlier someone that really doesn't know what they're talking about you're gonna fail. okay well network it's your network and even better networking costs nothing. So yes it's so easy to network for free um and i've networked and done deals based on social media and twitter there's a huge real estate network of investors on twitter who're shopping deals and helping each other and partnering and building that team.
