The Importance of Body Language in Filmmaking
I was doing a documentary in Ireland about storytellers. I would also imagine that shooting a film in another language really sharpens your operating skills because you're having to do it on their body language instead of language. Sometimes you think, oh, after they say that line and that's not always true, but it is true that every time after they raise their shoulder they stand up. So it must be really good for your operating. A lot of the quiet girls quite still. Yeah, yeah, yeah. That was my move.
