The Just Department Does Not Prosecution Accidental Mishandling of Classified Information
The question always from a criminal standpoint is, was this accidental or was this something with a measure of intent and or obstruction that would warrant actually pursuing a criminal prosecution? So for most people, the just department is happy to just let the administrative process play out. Those aren't options, obviously, with someone like Donald Trump or Joe Biden, because in their roles as constitutional officers, they're exempt from it.
