What Is an Intervention in Psychotherapy?
If you are a clinician who is trying, you have a full day of cases tomorrow. You just kind of need something to like hang your hat on,. And that's what I found this to be so helpful. It spit back 10 interventions. Is it always giving me interventions that were unique to that therapy? No. But I think it's really a useful quick shorthand.
