How do you keep track of what you quote at somebody on a price? And how do you make sure you don't havan anthing fall through the cracks? I have a fantastic system, which is that my wife is the c f o of the company, and i inform her about all of the agreements i make. Also creates a paper trail, where if if we didn't write it down, if it didn't get down, a, it's findable, and i don't have to go back and ask - even though a lot of that stuff happens electronically.
