Mastery at a High Level Is Just Like Providing Awareness

I think the last really cool one I did was called go big or go home on the moonboard. That thing is, uh, it's pretty wild, dude. You have to like really hard really jumper things. And this is essentially what mastery is right. Mastery at a, at a high level is understanding how your body receives impact and understanding that in the middle end and on the low end and just getting better at all of them.
