The Higgs Boson and the Universe Expansion

Inflation is pulling space apart. The same process is happening right now, the universe is expanding. And so this expansion then cools everything down. So that went on for like 10 to the minus 12 seconds. Then things kept cooling and the Higgs field, this really weird field that interacts with the particles and gives the mass, it cooled down and got stuck on a shelf.
