The question of can someone love you if they don't love your work is an especially loaded proposition for you because, as you said, the films are so inextricably linked to your life. Did exploring that in this movie help in any way? No. I don't even know if Tobias's character did the right thing or the wrong thing. It's just... That's the husband.
