How to Create a Different Divide Between You and Your Partner

I love the team framework and getting to that mindset because it is so easy to be adversarial or just like me, me, me. And when we can tap into that physical connection first as a way of creating safety between two people, it's a really powerful way for our partners. For some people accessing those deeper emotions and receiving feedback can really trigger a shame spiral. So how can someone navigate that? Certainly we always encourage going to a therapist. But let's say if they want to do something now to examine, it feels like I'm okay carrying this load. It is a lot, but they kind of just swallow it. Can you speak to that kind of situation?
