British Prime Minister's Interventions on China

Isabelle Overnight-Liz Truss has given a speech saying that Britain is to send up to China and to do more to combat what she says is a totalitarian regime. She wants the creation of an economic NATO, which is something she's spoken about before. But here's Liz Truss saying, no, actually, I think Liz Truss has a much more American view.
