Is There a Convenience Charge?

When people would talk about exclusives, it was not a concert. Ticotron in some instances would all our outlets were in open store hours. All our outlets weren't open on the day shows went on sale. The public paid for that. If you're going to create outlets and phones that make it easy for the public not to be able to get the money...you're entitled to get paid. They failed at this.
