There is still a lot of amazing stuff being published ind sort of like blogs and stuff. And something that i haven't seen a lot of people mention yet is using sort of like a feed reader. Every single one of us needs to become a system thinker, i think, at some point in order to do our job effectively. Post mortems are a really interesting way to probe complex systems. I highly recommend reading the etzi d briefing facilitators guide for howitshe does sort of like incident d briefs. It says that's going to be somewhere i need to start. How about you?
