Paralympian says he feels things are changing, but way too slow. Says his parents have been "my cheerleaders, my back, my rock, my corner" Has never had any support from local authority as she's deemed 'too mild all the time' Went to first Paralympics at 19 in South Korea and learned a lot about world culture. Wants to work on legislation that would help people with learning disabilities.
