The Biggest Risks to the Strategy?
There's a couple of risks in this ecosystem that are very unique. I don't worry about the same risks that impact every asset class, but this asset class does have some unique risks. The obvious risk that we weren't smart enough or creative enough to think about when we started the firm was a global pandemic. Big, unique risks are venue safety, long-term media rights and then the collective bargaining agreements with players. Those are the three big unknowns that are unique to this strategy.
