Is There a Growth in Device Specific Browsers?

There's a growth of importance of device specific browsers for certain use cases since the survey started. Developers are starting to think more about small iot devices or maybe watches things like that where your software is showing up more now than it was a couple years ago. The web expands into every new technology and new medium so we constantly have to build new frameworks and tools for generating relevant user experiences across all of those platforms.
