The incidence of breast cancer among Asian women is increasing in the United States. The population is heterogeneous, which makes this a very complex and multi-factorial issue. Breast cancer disparity in Asian women is not well understood due to relative porosity of data. 35% of all new cancers among Asian and Pacific Islander women are breast cancer.
