Getting Back on the Horse - Part 1
Every 21 days, you don't up date and start adding new habits. You simply try to maintain the ones that you built in that first 21 days. These habits, you only expect tat you're going to perform four or five each day. If you happen to get all six of them right within two days, but that's not necessarily required, then reset your system. And then in the next 21 days, you're not trying to acquire any more habit-forming habits. You're simply going to learn how well,. how deeply wired you've rewired your nervous system so to speak.
