Adaptive Reuse - Office Buildings

I would say that buying a building that's an adaptive reuse, often auction is a bit of an anomaly. It's a much more protracted process than something that's a little bit more commodity driven like a retail center and industrial building. Everything has to work in unison to get it done. That being said, we have done those kinds of deals which do work in certain areas.
