Is There a Division of Labor for Single Founders?

Most successful companies, and I have to admit, I obviously know who Mark Pincus is. They need a team, you know, they need a bunch of hands on deck, but there is a progression over time. A founder that's involved in everything that the company does eventually becomes the primary bottleneck of his own organization. The last one that especially with technical founders, but in general is oftentimes not totally clear to them is the need to master human relationships.
