Buddhism Is Moderation, Right?
Buddhism is moderation, right? It is the middle path. And finding a way to moderate oneself is so difficult. In fact, that's why i always make the joke that in terms of life, pure, like what buddhism was meant to be, nobody in the west can practise it. The second you go into excess is when you create contradiction for yourself and for your rebellion. How ould society define an absolute? Perhaps every one is looking for this absolute on behalf of all. But society and politics only have the responsibility of arranging every one's affairs so that each will have the leisure and the freedom to pursue this common search. History can then no longer be presented
