Is There a Need for Broadband Spectrum Sharing?

I think there's just a lot of lack of awareness of what's going on spectrum-wise and I think a lot of the systems around spectrum are really antiquated. We come from a paradigm issue where well, you know, I got my slice and I didn't care about anyone else and I just wanted to make sure no one got in my slice. And it requires to change requires awareness that is much more fine-grained and much more accurate than what we have at the moment. But yeah, obviously, if everyone's asleep in the middle of the night, they're not using that or certainly they're not use all of it.
