Sally Kohn: I love it because it takes out any victim mindset. She says she hasn't been an employee in like 20 years, and we had a really good expectation conversation around it. The first step is you are worthy of joy; the real step one is to set aside 45 minutes or an hour for this exercise. And now we're going to go into the real steps of that. We have to do six. It's so funny how it always boils down to six steps for us.
