Rage on the Pagea Ba Ha, Ha Ha

In the book, i have a practice called rage on the pagea ba ha, ha ha. I call it journal speak. And it for 20 minutes about all the things that are up for you and then meditate for 20 minutes. So i i added binoral music, which is music that stimulates both sides of your brain to really help you unlock this greater window of tolerance for the te music is. By lateral brain stimulation, it's called by e m d r music, or by neural music. That back and fourth stimulation really helps you re process the emotional disturbance.
