Some of this came out of and sort of what you were referring to is that we had done in the US context. So, so really working on innovations that have been already already tested to be working because we have limited resources and really can start from scratch. Randy do you want to talk a little bit about what what some of our early thinking was in our discussions on how do we build something for this context.
