Is There a Class of Things That the System Gets Wrong?

There's many words in all languages. And so it gets difficult to understand them all. Sometimes users even don't speak that clearly. I speak rather fast and I don't articulate as well. Of course, it's not the user's fault. It's our fault, but it makes it a harder challenge. We're working on all of those. Getting contact names right is really, really important.
