The Importance of Cultural Policy in Nigeria
Nigeria can learn about the exploring of some alternative systems that could have to support sufficiently international engagement. But for art, when they need for suspect parties and institutions, beneath first parties and institutions are needed to be done informally, they have to reform it. It is obvious that this cannot be compared with informal platforms such as piracy through which the Nigerian music are filmed at the international big village.
