The Law of Tithing Replaces the Law of Consecration

A young lady wrote, it's about recognizing that all we have is from our Heavenly Father and that we're willing to use it for his purposes. What the doctrine covens actually says is in section 119, is that tithing is what we would think of as part of consecration. The revelations prior to this have not said anything about a 10th. Everything has been used synonymously with any free will offering of any amount. So when we read the revelations, we got to get rid of our preconceived notions about what they mean and assumptions and figure out what they meant to them then.
