The Importance of Relatability in Management
I think that's a really important point. The relatability people very, very rarely talk about like the specifics of language, dress, yeah. And relating to people across the organization. I pride myself on being able to interact with the C suite in the boardroom as well as the entry level employee and everywhere in between. It comes naturally for me because I started my career in a cubicle with a headset on. That just inspires authenticity among those around you when they see that.
