The Oasis of Parzival

I think one thing a lot of people don't understand with the criticism of this movie is that Parzival is obsessed. The whole 80s thing is really just because of him. Do you think the movie earned his obsession or are you bringing that down? No I don't think it did but I think my knowledge of the book right and everything helps me already. But the movie doesn't earn it. And not to bring this, it seems like we keep hitting the same point with one of our big problems. When you have those long prologs and all that stuff it comes at a cost. Absolutely.
