Is There a Difference Between Good and Bad Code?

I'm the obvious bad code, and i make it good just by looking at it. I think an effective technique for making claims about some one else's code that are like, actionable and won't cause as much offence is to say 'i found it difficult when i was trying to do x with this code' And then you can work on that together. It's a lot easier to say, this code is garbage, and then govry writ it all. But if you actually tried something, had an experience, and you can use that, i think that will be much more helpful. If people have written very dead line driven code, right? Like most people are aware of
