Collaborations Advice for Bands and Artists

In most collaborative projects there'll be many ideas and there'll be like a battle of wills to see which idea wins. We start with an agreement that we try not to even know whose ideas are which to take the personal out of it. I always ask for any information shared with me to not be labeled and not explained at all, so then I'm only reacting based on the actual material rather than what I think. If someone's always politicking to get it their way it's a different job because you don't want to win because of the politics you want to win as the idea works totally.
