I got very cross to the lady at Panettin station recently she was not letting people onto a particular trade there'd been some sort of thing. I once got really given a dressing down by my wife for being sarcastic to some trained staff in Italy. People fall back on kind of official jargon or yeah basically just say I'm sorry there's nothing I can do when it's like well that's just not true.
