The Problem With Bending Cables
CNN's John Defterios has been working on a new set of cameras for CNN iReport. He and his colleagues were able to see how the cables bend when they're taped up, which can cause an uneven push-and-pull between them. They removed all the tape that was affixed at the tips of the cables in order to get rid of this problem. The result is more easily installable equipment with less work than before.
