"I give the parents a pretty big lecture about what it's going to be like. And I'm talking more about working with a kid individually," he says. "It's really important for them to get to know me and for me to get to knows them, and that I don't know how long that's going to take." He adds: " Books say a lot about how she sees herself ... She would be a good kid to ask what's your favorite book? Tell me about that book"
