Is the Invocation of the Act Justifiable?

The report is very deferential to government and, you know, I think it will have some implications for future protests in Canada. The liberal government sort of took every opportunity to direct the commission towards looking at things that would bolster its power or bolster its other legislative endeavors. And unfortunately, we have some recommendations coming out of this that are probably going to do just that.
