Is It Possible to Recover the Narrative?
Right now the social optic on most law enforcement is not great. The narrative has got to be that if that was your daughter that just got raped, do you want proactive police or reactive police? I think the broken windows theory applies. If you take care of those small things, the plight, the homelessness, the drug use on the street, all those things permeate mostly every community. Now, y with meth and fentonall, i think the department will realize that 99 % or greater, i think it's a low number, are there to preserve andnd, and they're going to mess up. They're only going to get criticized when s don't go right by the community
